All amendments and cancellations, must be received in writing at least 72 hours prior to arrival date, Otherwise charges will be made as follow:
- 1st night charge if received more than 24 hours prior to arrival date.
- Full period charge, if received less than 24 hours of the arrival date.

Baby cots are free of charge for any room up to the age of 2 years. Any child between the ages of 2 and 12 years of age must be specified in the reservation request as there will be an extra charge calculated in the room rate.
Extra Beds are available at the Royal Court hotel but not for all rooms and therefore must be added into the reservation request in order to be calculated into the total fees to be charged for the reservation, also taking into consideration that not all room types can accommodate for an extra bed.
Any child/adult added to the reservation includes breakfast buffet.
The rates mentioned on our website do not include local VAT tax of 16% which will be added to the total requested amount for those holding Palestinian/Israeli IDs. However, foreigners are VAT exempted and will not be charged 16% VAT if a valid visa entry is shown upon arrival with a foreign passport document.
Booking is possible by completing the reservation form on our web site. Please select the dates of your stay and type of rooms you have chosen. The system will show you the price for the accommodation (always check the room conditions). If you agree with the total price and the booking conditions, just click on "Book now" and the reservation form will show up. Once you finish the order form and click on button "Book now", your reservation will be confirmed shortly to your email address.
After completing and sending us your reservation request form, you will get an email receipt followed by a confirmation email. In case of any special requests – i.e. extra bed, non-smoking room, parking etc., please always double check with the hotel directly that they noted your request and are able to arrange it for you.
Yes, it is absolutely secure as we are using encrypted SSL protocol in all our order forms. This is the latest, most secure technology that encrypts all the details provided in the order form including your credit card details. All our servers are also protected by firewall against any unauthorized access.
Royal Court Hotel accepts Visa and Master Card credit cards only.
Credit card (Visa or Master Card) is required for reservation guarantee. Only if there is a No Show or Cancellation will our Cancellation policy be applicable (please see cancellation policy) in which the hotel will be allowed to process your credit card for either partial or full payment.
No, all reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged but will be held as a guarantee. You may choose to use another form of payment upon arriving at the hotel.
Yes, breakfast buffet for each accommodated person/child is included in the room rate.
The hotel charges full payment of the first night in case of “No Show” and partial payment of the first night depending on the time of cancellation (please refer back to cancellation policy)
