1. PROPERTY PLOICIES:

If you arrive before this time you are more than welcome to drop your bags off at reception free of charge.

If want to check in Earlier we have a good day use prices for such cases.

Check-out time is 12 noon.

Pets Policy: Unfortunately we do not allow pets in any of our guest rooms or facilities.

Based on local tax laws, local citizens must pay 16% VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation, and must be paid at the property.

Based on our country laws, foreigners are exempt from accommodation VAT. Foreigner/Tourist is an individual that has entry VISA to the country; Banqueting is not exempt from VAT for foreigners.
Bookings are not transferable.

No refunds apply to reservations if canceled a week prior arrival.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.

If booked more than 6 rooms it will be considered a group and group policy will be applied
Local Couples Must Show Marriage Document (this does not apply to foreigners/tourist)
No Local is allowed to join foreign individual if not married

2. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

When reserving a room your name, address, arrival and departure date and method of payment are required.
A room reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or in writing and you have received a reservation confirmation number. The hotel is entitled to apply different kinds of rules such as reservation fee or credit card guarantee in order to secure the reservation.

No guarantee for a reservation unless there is a deposit, full payment or at least payment guarantee.

3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The hotel room is at your disposal from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. On your departure day the room must be vacated by 12:00 noon. The hotel is entitled to apply exceptions on check-in and check-out times stated above. For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private premises and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed without reception approval.

The room will be reserved for you until 18:00 pm on the day of arrival unless no other agreement has been made at the time of reserving or if the confirmed rate or reservation period does not include any other special terms. In case of arrival after 18:00 pm you must guarantee the reservation with a credit card or other method specified in case we accept reservation without prepayment. Otherwise the hotel will release the reserved room for sale after 18:00 pm.

In case you arrive to the hotel according to the arrival time agreed and the room you have reserved is not available, the hotel is liable to arrange you an equivalent room without extra charges.

4. EXTRA GUESTS

Your Friends & Family are welcome to meet with you in our Restaurants, Lobby. Sleep over can be through reservation.

The rates and packages are based on your selections chosen for adults and children.

Children (under 2 years) are accommodated free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with 2 adults, we also provide free cots for free (prior arrangement is needed) as we have limited number of cots.

5. GUARANTEED RESERVATION

The hotel accepts international credit cards to guarantee the room reservation. A guaranteed room reservation will be held for arrival after 18:00 pm without a separate notification.

To guarantee the reservation the hotel will need the following information: your name, credit card number, address, phone number and email address. The hotel may acquire your contact details verbally or in writing.

6. CANCELLATION AND NO ARRIVAL / NO SHOW (Individuals & Groups)

Unless otherwise agreed at the time of reservation, unless the rate confirmed or the reservation period includes special terms, the room can be cancelled until 16:00 pm on the day of arrival without a fee.

In case you fail to arrive without cancelling your reservation, the hotel is entitled to charge equal to the first night's stay including taxes and possible additional services per room to your credit card.

ROOMS CANCELLATIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS

All cancellations and adjustments must be made 72 hrs. Prior to arrival or cancellation fees of one nights' accommodation will apply otherwise full amount will be charged.

For reservations made for Local Special Event and Public Holiday periods, a 50% deposit will be charged at time of booking. The 50% deposit is not refundable upon cancellation.

PACKAGES CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation of packages require minimum 72 hrs. Notice prior to arrival or 1 nights' accommodation will be charged to your credit card as cancellation fee, otherwise full amount will be charged.

No refunds will be given for early check-outs.

GROUPS CANCELLATIONS

  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Cancellation 3 months prior to arrival Full refund
  • Cancellation less than 3 months and before 6 weeks 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 6 weeks No refund
  • Balance is payable on arrival.

7. EARLY DEPARTURE

Early departure before the agreed day must be informed to the hotel latest by 4:00 pm on the day before.
If your reservation is for several nights the hotel is entitled to charge you the full amount for the whole stay. Early departure before the agreed day may also cause changes in the room rate confirmed.

8. PAYMENT

Our hotel accepts the most common credit/debit cards. The hotel is not obliged to accept foreign currency, vouchers, cheques or credit/debit cards unless the hotel has volunteered to do so.

In case the reservation has not been paid in advance it should be settled upon arrival at the hotel by cash or credit card. When reserving a room the hotel is entitled to approve and charge international credit cards. A reservation fee may be charged to the credit card as a prepayment. This will be deducted from the final bill. If the hotel has not made an approval for prepayment from your credit card, the hotel is entitled to require a deposit for additional services such as minibar. The amount of deposit may vary depends on our policy.

9. GUEST BEHAVIOUR IN THE HOTEL

We follow good manners and hotel rules at the hotel. In case of breaking these rules you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.

For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private hotel premises such as hotel rooms and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed.

Please note that we do not accept bookings for groups likely to cause a disruption for our other guests or our neighbors. We reserve the right to bar admittance (without refunds) to any group arriving inebriated or looking like they will shortly become rowdy.

10. RESPONSIBILITY ON YOUR VALUABLES

Your valuables can be stored in a safety deposit box in your room or the hotel can store your valuables upon request. The hotel is entitled to collect a charge for storage of these items.

In case the items you wish to store are exceptionally valuable you must notify the hotel before storing. The hotel may refuse to store this kind of valuables.

The hotel is not responsible for valuables stored in a safety deposit box in your room.

The hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the garage or the hotel’s parking area or valuables inside the vehicle. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the garage and at the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept in there.

11. GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY ON DAMAGE

As a guest you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest or your pet in the hotel room or in hotel premises. This applies also to the hotel furniture and other equipment, other guests in the hotel or their property.

The responsibility for caused damage is determined by general principles.

12. RENTING HOTEL ROOMS FOR MINORS

Only a person over the age of 18 is allowed to make a reservation. The adult making a reservation for a person under the age of 18 will be held responsible for the minor, whether he or she accommodates with the minor or not. An underage person travelling alone will need a letter of consent signed by a guardian. The letter has to include the minor’s name, birthday and dates of arrival and departure. The name and contact information of a guardian are also required.

13. LIABILITIES & WARRANTY

The customer acknowledges is aware of the risks linked to use of the internet. Our Hotel shall make its best efforts to ensure with its suppliers that the site functions correctly but cannot guarantee that the site is exempt of any malfunction. We will not be held responsible for damages resulting from use or total/partial impossibility to use the site. In particular its liability may not be engaged in case of non-performance or misuse by a customer, a third Party of in case of force majeure.

14. APPLICABLE LAW

The present Terms and Conditions are subject to Palestinian law and to the jurisdiction of the Courts where the claimant resides. The Parties however engage to make their best efforts to settle any litigation amicably.
